Background/Objectives: This scoping review explores the relationship between ultra-processed food (UPF), bone health, and joint diseases, focusing on its potential impact mineral density (BMD), osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, inflammatory arthritis, including rheumatoid arthritis (RA), gout, spondyloarthritis.
