Cilostazol
(CIL),
a
BCS
class
II
antiplatelet
aggregation

vasodilator
agent,

for
cerebrovascular
diseases

minimize
blood–brain
barrier
dysfunction,

matter-lesion
formation,
motor
deficits.

current
work
aimed
develop
optimize
cilostazol-loaded
spanlastics
(CIL-SPA)
nose-to-brain
delivery
overcome
the
low
solubility
absorption,
first
pass-metabolism,
adverse
effects.
optimal
CIL-SPA
formulation
was
loaded
into
Phytagel®
(SPA-PG),
Poloxamer-407
(SPA-P407),
chitosan
(SPA-CS)
gel
bases
characterized
in
terms
of
colloidal
properties,
encapsulation
efficiency
(EE%),
mucoadhesive
biopharmaceutical
aspects.

gelling
formulations
showed

nm
average
hydrodynamic
diameter,

polydispersity
index,

zeta
potential
with
high
EE%
(>99%).

met
droplet
size-distribution
criteria
nasal
requirements

µm),

adequate
mucoadhesion
properties.

BBB-PAMPA
horizontal
permeability

artificial
membrane
revealed
that

higher
CIL
flux
cumulative
at
vitro
conditions
compared
initial
CIL.

Coronary
heart
disease
(CHD)
remains
a
leading
cause
of
mortality
and
morbidity
worldwide,
particularly
due
to
complications
following
myocardial
infarction
(MI).
Despite
advancements
in
therapeutic
strategies,
the
prognosis
for
MI
patients
varies
significantly,
necessitating
comprehensive
approach
that
integrates
genetic
non-genetic
factors.
This
study
addresses
knowledge
gap
by
evaluating
influence
polymorphisms
factors
on
12-month
patients.
Using
cohort
250
post-MI
patients,
we
conducted
analysis
AGT,
ADRB1,
APOE,
LPL,
CYP2C19
genes
assessed
their
correlation
with
clinical
outcomes
using
modern
statistical
methods.
Our
findings
indicate
significant
associations
between
specific
gene
patient
prognosis,
highlighting
importance
personalized
medicine.
The
results
suggest
incorporating
into
management
can
improve
survival
rates
inform
targeted
interventions,
offering
novel
enhancing
care
settings.
