Calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) is widely used in aesthetics for its dual role as a dermal filler and biostimulator, promoting collagen elastin synthesis. This study evaluates the comparative potential of CaHA conventional saline dilution versus mixed with poly-micronutrient solution (CaHA/PMN) to enhance biostimulatory effects. In an vitro model, primary human fibroblasts were treated both formulations, cell viability gene expression type I collagen, elastin, FOXO3, SIRT-1, SIRT-3 assessed. The results demonstrated that CaHA/PMN treatments significantly improved cellular responses compared control. outperformed CaHA, greater increases viability, synthesis, SIRT-3, FOXO3. These findings suggest poly-micronutrient-enriched solutions can CaHA's regenerative potential, providing promising approach skin rejuvenation elasticity improvement.
