To explore the development of green building eco-efficiency in China, a three-stage superefficient SBM-DEA model was used to measure China based on interprovincial panel data from 2013-2020, and regional patterns evolutionary characteristics were analyzed time series spatial dimensions. It is found that overall level efficiency low, there are significant provincial differences, pattern gradient medium-medium-low area medium-medium gradually transitions shows agglomeration path dependence; among them, spillover diffusion effect high-efficiency areas significant, while low-efficiency generally maintain low growth, most have "Matthew effect," showing club convergence developed regions tend be H-H agglomerative, less L-L agglomerative. The rapid development of urbanization in China recent years has resulted the production large amounts construction waste, which placed certain constraints on sustainable industry. This study measures environmental efficiency waste generated from static and dynamic perspectives using data envelopment analysis Malmquist index with 30 Chinese provinces during period 2011 to 2020. results showed that, a perspective, China’s generation been generally declining trend year by year, overall level is still not too high. At regional level, there stepwise decline eastern, central, northeastern, western regions. From point view, an average value 1.016, indicating that state improvement. highest east, eastern region developing well.
