Microsclerotia
(MS)
are
considered
one
of
the
most
promising
propagules
for
use
as
active
ingredients
in
biopesticides
due
to
their
tolerance
abiotic
factors
and
ability
produce
infective
conidia
control
insect
pests
plant
pathogens.
Therefore,
main
objective
this
research
was
establish
conditions
required
induce
formation
microsclerotia
Metarhizium
robertsii
Mt004
study
its
development
process,
insecticidal
activity
MS-derived
conidia.
M.
started
form
hyphal
aggregates
after
2
days,
structures
looked
more
compact

were
mature
pigmented

days.
The
final
yield

Beauveria
bassiana
acts
as
an
endophytic
fungus

synthesis,
indicated
could
inhibit
reproduction
whiteflies
regulating
α-solanine.
This
study
highlighted
ability
to
modulate
secondary
emphasized

multitrophic
interactions

sustainable
agriculture.
