The tea mosquito bug, Helopeltis theivora Waterhouse (Hemiptera: Miridae), is a devastating piercing-sucking pest in tropical plantations. Hainan Dayezhong (HNDYZ) large-leaf cultivar widely cultivated around the region South China. However, information regarding feeding damage of H. on HNDYZ plant remains scarce. The tea mosquito bug (TMB) or Helopeltis theivora has been reported as a significant pest that causes major crop loss. Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are newly discovered group of the non-coding RNA (ncRNA) and known to function in gene regulation process. Tea plant (Camellia sinensis) not explored for detection circRNAs during infestation. This is first report identified C. sinensis infested by sap-sucking insect H. theivora. In total, we 709 six RNA-seq libraries. Analysis differential expression pattern revealed 34 got upregulated/downregulated response attack. Functional annotation enrichment analysis differentially expressed showed circRNA-target genes were enriched biological pathways like "tryptophan metabolism", "biosynthesis secondary metabolites", "porphyrin "nucleocytoplasmic transport", "N-glycan biosynthesis" etc. miRNA-mediated interaction also 17 could act "sponges" thus masking miRNA-mRNA binding subsequently repressing mRNA cleavage. Wheat production suffers greatly from drought stress, resulting in yield losses. Endophytes and rhizobacteria have been recognized as a valuable source mitigating of stress by improving plant resistance growth. In this review, we discuss how endophytes help wheat cope with stress. During found to increase water usage efficiency decrease loss. are harmless microorganisms that live inside tissues. Rhizobacteria establish colonies the root system through various procedures, including phytohormones production, modification architecture, activation stress-inducible genes, thereby promoting growth enhancing resistance. Numerous studies shown can improve potential withstand drought. For instance, inoculation like Piriformospora indica Bacillus spp. has proven enhance Similarly, it Pseudomonas Azospirillum brasilense tolerance variety mechanisms. To minimize consequence under conditions, efficient method is use biofertilizers, which could ultimately boost yields sustainability. Abstract The green peach aphid (GPA) is considered one of the most destructive pests posing a significant threat to growth and fruit quality trees (Prunus persica). Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) represent an essential group endogenous that play gene regulatory roles in plants. In this study, we identified 1776 lncRNAs from healthy GPA-infested P. persica tissues, employing high-throughput strand-specific RNA sequencing. Our rigorous analysis differential expression yielded 2871 differentially-expressed genes (DEGs), with 1803 exhibiting upregulation 1068 downregulation response presence GPA trees. findings reveal potential serve as crucial microRNA (miRNA) targets, thereby exerting influence on miRNA activity. We further predicted two differentially expressed lncRNA–DEG pairs (circ16–miR482a circ116–miR319a) associated jasmonic acid (JA) pathway. Notably, JA levels were continuously induced, primarily resistance mechanism against infestation. Furthermore, spray application significantly curtailed population.
