ABSTRACT Halophytes, plants that thrive in high‐salinity environments, host unique microbial communities, including fungal endophytes, which contribute to plant growth and pathogen resistance. This study aimed isolate, identify, evaluate the antagonistic potential of endophytes from halophytic Limonium axillare , collected both inland coastal habitats. Fungal were isolated, identified via molecular techniques, tested for activity against phytopathogenic fungi using dual‐culture assays. The results showed a diverse range with Aspergillus Cladosporium being dominant genera. A total 152 endophytic isolated locations, 95 isolates coming 57 species. exhibited varying degrees phytopathogens, highlighting their role protection. Further research is needed clarify these interactions' mechanisms investigate practical applications agriculture. An isolate terreus strain ((AL10) lim10qu) (ON210104.1) potent vitro antifungal Fusarium oxysporum pathogenic fungus affecting tomato plants. Greenhouse experiments demonstrated significantly increased length seedlings overall biomass. Both laboratory‐based (in vitro) field‐based vivo) evaluations ( A. ) F. suggest promising as effective biological control agents.
