Endophytic Fungal Diversity and Its Interaction Mechanism with Medicinal Plants

This paper reviewed the diversity of endophytic fungi and their interactions with medicinal plants, along research methodologies utilized to investigate these interactions. It mainly includes fungi, as well distribution diversity, species metabolites functions, including antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, insecticidal, antioxidant capabilities, so on. The employed between plants are categorized into metagenomics, transcriptomics, metatranscriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics. Furthermore, this study anticipates potential applications secondary derived from in both medicine agriculture.
