This investigation focuses on the nonlinear behavior of porosity-dependent functionally graded (FG) truncated conical small-scale structures. The modified coupled stress theory, as well energy method, are applied to generate partial differential equations (PDEs) related buckling analysis simply supported nonuniform micro-cylindrical material dispersion is gradually changed along length structures between Nickel and concrete, while porosity voids scattered in radial direction, external radius structure decreases direction via mathematic applicable sports PDEs numerically solved generalized quadrature method (GDQM) with numerical iterative technique. Effect of microstructure on the formability stainless sheet metals is a major concern for engineers in industries. In case austenitic steels, existence strain-induced martensite ([Formula: see text]-martensite) their micro structure causes considerable hardening and reduction. present study, we aim to evaluate AISI 316 steels with different intensities via experimental artificial intelligence methods. first step, grade 2 mm initial thicknesses are annealed cold rolled various thicknesses. Subsequently, relative area measured using metallography tests. Formability sheets determined hemisphere punch test obtain forming limit diagrams (FLDs). The data obtained from experiments were further utilized train validate an neural fuzzy interfere system (ANFIS).
