Background/objectives: Atherogenic risk is related to lipid metabolism imbalance and the likelihood of cardiovascular disease (CVD). The purpose this study was determine predictive models based on physiological parameters, family history, lifestyle for atherogenic risk, assessed by indicators such as total cholesterol (TC)/HDL, triglycerides/HDL, LDL/HDL, non-HDL in citizens city Trujillo (Peru). Methods: A 267 people, recruited from September December 2023, participated study. Their profile, glycaemia, abdominal perimeter, blood pressure were determined, questionnaires applied with questions diet, physical activity, alcohol consumption, smoking, hours sleep, history. Binary logistic regression considered prediction each indicator. Results: High values found all indicators; dietary habits poor 86.1%; activity low 35.2%; sleep less than 7 h 64.4%; tobacco consumption 8.2% 9%, respectively. history CVD corresponded mother, father, grandmother, grandfather 53.2%, 44.9%, 30.3% 25.1%, In addition inclusion BMI case cholesterol/HDL, variable grandparental female sex included; TG/HDL, male sex, associated; LDL/HDL cholesterol, age associated. Conclusion: best model corresponding without ignoring grandfather’s age.
