ABSTRACT Block copolymers are a versatile class of soft materials, as they combine different chemical and physical properties within the same macromolecule. Triblock terpolymers particular interest because numerous morphologies can form. With aim generating comprehensive ternary microphase diagram, we emulsified 22 polystyrene‐ block ‐polybutadiene‐ ‐poly(methyl methacrylate) triblock analyzed morphology resulting microparticles after solvent evaporation. We employed controlled confinement conditions using Shirasu Porous Glass membrane setup via transmission electron microscopy tomography, well scanning microscopy. identified wealth microparticle morphologies, which several were previously not reported. Experiments accompanied by coarse‐grained molecular simulations, where correlated effect evaporation rate on particle shape.

We report a model to quantify the effects of position and orientation on Derjaguin-Landau-Verwey-Overbeek (DLVO) interactions between spiky particle planar wall. DLVO interaction energy, force, torque as function spike distribution, aspect ratio, particle-wall separation distance, orientation. The results show topological correlation energy tiling tessellated orientational space. Furthermore, particles with small spikes divergence in adhesion force from that at boundaries However, maximum are orientations corresponding space large spiked particles. Additionally, our have significant over wall compared smooth spheres or ellipsoids, notably enhancing their
