The psoriasis was evaluated using multivariate logistic regression smoothed curve fitting. diagnostic performance various for identifying were calculated compared receiver-operating characteristic curves. Overall, 12,406 participants without psoriasis, 287 with mild 68 moderate-severe included. Compared lowest quartile WC, BMI, BRI, higher quartiles associated significantly risks (all P trend < 0.05). area under highest which comparable WC (0.581 vs 0.575, P=0.34) but than that ABSI 0.546, P=0.04) BMI 0.569, P=0.007). BRI not influenced by participant's age, sex, smoking status, physical activity, hypertension diabetes status. is positively outperforms in Given design this study, future research employing prospectively designed longitudinal necessary validate our findings.
