Background:
The
coronavirus
disease
2019
(COVID-19)
pandemic
has
generated
profound
health,
societal,
and
economic
consequences,
which
have
been
further
compounded
by
long-term
sequelae
commonly
referred
to
as
post-COVID-19
or
long-COVID
syndrome.
Understanding
the
real-world
impact
of
mortality
is
therefore
critical
for
effective
healthcare
planning
resource
allocation.
Methods:
A
descriptive
epidemiological
study
was
conducted
using
data
from
US
National
Center
Health
Statistics
identify
deaths
attributed
condition,
classified
ICD-10
code
U09.9,
October
2021
December
2024.
Demographic
factors
such
gender,
age,
place
death
were
also
extracted.
Results:
By

Self-Reported Post-COVID Symptoms at 18 Months After Infection Among Adults in Southern Brazil: A Cross-Sectional Study

Background/Objectives:
Currently,
there
is
a
limited
understanding
of
the
long-term
consequences
following
acute
COVID-19,
referred
to
as
long
COVID.
This
cross-sectional
study
aims
analyze
prevalence
persistent
signs
and
symptoms
COVID,

months
after
primary
SARS-CoV-2
infection
in
adults
southern
Brazil.
Methods:
Using
two
national
databases
(the
digital
registry

Background:
Amid
the
large
panel
of
autoimmune
thyroid
diseases,
Hashimoto’s
thyroiditis
(HT)
represents
a
major
point
across
multidisciplinary
daily
practice.
When
it
comes
to
clinical
picture,
particularly
in
regard
asthenia
(also
described
as
“fatigue”
or
“decreased
energy”),
differential
diagnosis
is
challenging,
and
meticulous
anamnesis
should
be
backed
up
by
focused
lab
investigations.
Our
objective
was
analyze
newly
diagnosed
patients
with
HT
relationship
presence
an
admission
complaint.
Methods:
This
retrospective,
multi-centric,
real-life
study

endocrine
