The origins of many diseases can be traced to the dynamic interplay genetic predispositions and environmental exposures post-birth. Epigenetic modifications have recently gained prominence as a significant mediator between information factors, influencing occurrence progression disease. There is burgeoning body evidence supports that physical exercise, acting an external stimulus, exerts discernible impact on major epigenetic modifications, including histone DNA methylation, RNA non-coding RNA. This effect assumes pivotal role in pathogenesis various human diseases. Exploring molecular mechanisms through which exercise enhances health holds promise deepening our understanding how it improves physiological functions, mitigates disease risks, establishes theoretical foundation for employing non-pharmacological intervention prevention treatment.
