In recent years, how to improve the functional performance of food packaging materials has received increasing attention. One common inorganic material, nanometer zinc oxide (ZnO-NPs), garnered significant attention due its excellent antibacterial properties and sensitivity. Consequently, ZnO-NP-based are rapidly developing in industry. However, there is currently a lack comprehensive systematic reviews on use ZnO-NPs as fillers packaging. this review, we introduced characteristics mechanism ZnO-NPs, paid factors affecting activity ZnO-NPs. Nanotechnology is a rapidly developing field of research that studies materials having dimensions less than 100 nanometers. It applicable in many areas life sciences and medicine including skin care personal hygiene, as these are the essential components various cosmetics sunscreens. The aim present study was to synthesize Zinc oxide (ZnO) Titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanoparticles (NPs) by using Calotropis procera (C. procera) leaf extract. Green synthesized NPs were characterized UV spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) investigate their structure, size, physical properties. antibacterial synergistic effects ZnO TiO2 along with antibiotics also observed against bacterial isolates. antioxidant activity analyzed α-diphenyl-β-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity. In vivo toxic evaluated albino mice at different doses (100, 200, 300 mg/kg body weight) administered orally for 7, 14, 21 days. results showed zone inhibition (ZOI) increased concentration-dependent manner. Among strains, Staphylococcus aureus highest ZOI, i.e., 17 14 mm NPs, respectively, while Escherichia coli lowest 12 10 mm, respectively. Therefore, potent agents compared NPs. Both (ciprofloxacin imipenem). Nowadays, nanomaterials are a real alternative for controlling antibiotic-resistant bacteria. Several nanoparticles have shown good performance in inducing bacterial death due to photoassisted process. This study employs statistical analyses and machine learning (ML) models investigate the effect of doping ZnO with cerium ions on their antibacterial activity dark environment. Incorporating into matrix was systematically analyzed terms structural, morphological, optical parameters. The incorporation did not modify crystal structure. These results were correlated qualitative quantitative against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa establish impact doping. No significant differences observed. ABSTRACT A pH‐responsive nanocarrier was prepared based on iron oxide nanoparticles successively coated with 3‐aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) and methoxy poly(ethylene glycol) (mPEG) chains for intracellular delivery of methotrexate to the breast cancer cell. In this system, layers are attached surface through pH‐sensitive benzoic‐imine bonds serve as a pH‐sheddable hydrophilic shell. The magnetic characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analyzer, X‐ray diffractometer, transmission electron microscopy, vibrating sample magnetometer, dynamic light scattering, zeta potential.
