Special environmental microorganisms are considered to be of great industrial application value because their special genotypes, physiological functions and metabolites. The research development will certainly bring about some innovations in biotechnology processes change the face bioengineering. Environmental Microbial Database (DSEMR) is a comprehensive database that provides information on microbial resources correlates them with synthetic biological parts. DSEMR aggregates specific genomes, properties, culture media, parts, metabolic pathways, online tool analysis data, including 5268 strains from 620 genera, 31 42,126 In short, become an important resource for study environments actively promote biology.

Kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan telah minat global terhadap bakteri asam laktat (BAL) asidofilik. Mengingat manfaat baru yang diberikan oleh mikroorganisme probiotik dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, percepatan upaya mengidentifikasi BAL asidofilik baru, efisien, dan menjanjikan tidaklah mengherankan. Salah satu ini adalah menentukan senyawa bioaktif dihasilkan terdapat pada makanan. Tinjauan literatur sebelumnya belum mengerucutkan pembahasan senyawa-senyawa sebagai salah kelompok laktat. Oleh karena itu, tinjauan memberikan perhatian aspek-aspek kurang dikenal dari makanan mereka lepaskan, menjelaskan pertanyaan-pertanyaan penting terjawab, serta membahas efek dapat tersebut berikan.
