In view of a constant growth in the human population on Earth, provision necessary amount high-quality food looks challenging. As over 10% crop yields are annually lost due to presence phytopathogens, development novel, eco-friendly methods pest eradication might contribute avoiding nutritional shortages. Here, we propose controlled application cold atmospheric pressure plasma (CAPP) generated form an jet (APPJ), for which conducted multivariate optimization working parameters with use design experiments (DoE) addition response surface methodology (RSM). The increased consumption of fruit and vegetables is essential for moving towards a healthier more sustainable diet.
