Head and neck cancers (HNC) are devastating, thus imposing a negative impact on the appearance of an individual as well vital activities such eating, swallowing, speaking, breathing. Therefore, HNC patients undergo distress, while their caregivers become overburdened. Religion spirituality can be helpful for from diverse cultural backgrounds to cope with cancer. Though established in palliative care, religion rarely incorporated into usual early oncological care. Despite availability heterogeneous literature examining influence cancer patients, there is notably limited research this topic across trajectory. scoping review attempts answer "What or different contexts?" will map evidence contexts including geographical areas, cultures, health care systems, study settings. This was formulated using guidelines Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) manual synthesis: reviews reported confirming Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Meta-Analyses extension Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR checklist). BACKGROUND: Caregivers of stroke patients always have various concerns in the process patient care, which requires full attention and support healthcare professionals. Understanding their needs is essential for careful care planning. The present study aimed to discover explain caregivers patients. MATERIALS AND METHODS: This qualitative content analysis was conducted with 24 purposefully selected participants who provide home Chaharmahal Bakhtiari province, Iran, during 2019–2020. Abstract To assess the level of supportive care needs caregivers colorectal cancer patients and explore related key influencing factors. Totaling 283 with were investigated in this study. Gastrointestinal cancers, including gastric and colorectal are major contributors to cancer-related morbidity mortality worldwide, placing significant burdens on patients their informal caregivers. This study aims evaluate the level of supportive needs among caregivers with gastrointestinal cancer identify key factors influencing these needs. We conducted a descriptive survey involving 335 at large hospital in Shanghai, China, from September 2023 April 2024. ABSTRACT Objective Understanding survivorship issues among people with head and neck cancer (HNC) is important as survival rates increase. Most research has focused on urban patients, leaving a gap in understanding the challenges faced by those rural areas. This study aims to summarise literature needs for HNC Methods PubMed, PsycINFO, Scopus, Medline, CINAHL, Web of Science, Embase were searched from database inception 10 July 2024, no restriction publication period, country, or language. Data aims, methodology, major findings related survivors areas extracted. Study quality was assessed using Joanna Briggs Institute critical appraisal checklists. Results Twenty‐one studies met inclusion criteria. Eight qualitative, 11 quantitative, two adopted mixed‐methods approach. demonstrate impact complex treatments physical ( n = 13) psychosocial 14) functioning. also emphasises multifaceted challenges, including reduced access specialised services, resulting greater travel financial burden, extending caregivers.
