Abstract Artistic creation in the network era, examined terms of artistic style, can be roughly divided into several important stages time, such as 1985-1995, 1996-2005, 2006-2015, and 2016-present. This paper integrates pedagogical knowledge distillation an style feature extraction model to investigate change era. Using global features, color histogram art image region is extracted by calculating features on H, S, V from both texture features. In response to the problems of lack intelligence, low recognition, loss brightness, and unclear design objects in comprehensive material painting installation art, when materials enter field artistic creation, they can assist but constantly updating is also a challenge for artists. This manuscript proposes an image processing technology digital media art creation based on dual transformer residual network (DTRN) lotus effect optimization algorithm (LEA) (DMAC-DTRN-LEA) proposed. Initially, extracted images from multimedia are collected MSCOCO2014 dataset. Collected preprocessed resize using federated neural collaborative filter (FedNCF). Later, resized given feature extraction; morphological features like shape, structure, colour, pattern, size synchro spline-kernelled chirplet extracting transform (SSCET). Finally, fed Dual Transformer Residual Network effectively classify images. In, general classifier does not express adapting strategies determine optimal parameters ensure accurate detection system. Hence, proposed method examined utilizing performance metrics accuracy, precision, fl-score, sensitivity, peak signal noise ratio (PSNR), error rate, Structural similarity index (SSIM). Proposed DMAC-DTRN-LEA attains 97% higher accuracy 0.7% rate analysed existing methods respectively.

Scene-based image semantic extraction and its precise sentiment expression significantly enhance artistic design.
