The design of electrochemical sensors is crucial considering important factors such as efficiency, low cost, biocompatibility, and availability. Manganese oxides are readily available, low-cost, biocompatible materials, but their conductivity limits efficiency sensors. Today, morphology engineering manganese oxide has been one the most common research topics, because oxides' properties highly dependent on morphologies. In this study, a method for reducing charge transfer resistance (Rct) MnO2-based electrodes was established by cyclic voltammetry technique accompanied step-by-step heat treatment to electrodeposition MnO2 nanofilm, which remarkably improved Rct. Next, sensing performance MnO2/FTO two separate measurements examined, simultaneous measurement paracetamol (PAR) 4-aminophenol (4-APh), other 4-nitrophenol (4-NP). Under optimum conditions, linear ranges 4-APh, PAR, 4-NP, were 0.8 22.0 µM, 2.0 55.0 0.1–250 with detection (LOD) 0.19 0.60 0.01 respectively. It also unaffected 200-fold excess interferences. addition, designed sensor successfully applied analysis real samples.
