Coronary artery disease (CAD) is one of the primary causes morbidity and death worldwide. Premature CAD (pCAD) term used to describe 3-10% occurrences that occur in people under 45 Diagnostic difficulties arise from different risk factor profiles pCAD late-onset CAD. Better cardiovascular prediction younger populations has been made possible by development biomarker detection tools. This can be applied a diagnostic tool, including electrochemical biosensors, which have predicted instrumental because their adaptability for point-of-care applications quicker diagnoses. These biosensors provide efficient, scalable, reasonably priced solutions quick identification tracking Multiplex adopted as viable approach early diagnosis assessment due constraints using single diagnosis. Thus, this study looks at current developments biosensing technology discusses established new cardiac panels identification.

Exosomes, released from diverse cells as nanoscale lipid bilayer vesicles, mediate intercellular communication and participate in various physiological pathological processes. Thereinto, tumor-derived exosomes (T-EXOs) with molecular cargoes of parent tumor act attractive biomarkers for liquid biopsy. The amount T-EXOs their levels contained specific proteins nucleic acids are closely associated cancer burden classification. Nevertheless, the size relatively low abundance exosomes, well complex body matrix pose daunting challenges efficient isolation sensitive detection T-EXOs. Biosensing fast, convenient accurate method, has been widely employed over past decades. Among them, electrochemical sensors can sensitively detect by measuring change electrical signal caused oxidation or reduction at working electrode surface. This review aims to summarize recent advance biosensors quantification, protein RNA analysis exosomes. Further, future perspectives exosome-based biopsy have discussed.
