Dopamine (DA) is an important catecholamine neurotransmitter and its abnormal concentration closely related to diseases such as hypertension, Parkinson’s disease schizophrenia. Due the advantages of high sensitivity fast response for electrochemiluminescence (ECL), developing ECL sensors detecting DA was very critical in clinical diagnosis. resonance energy transfer (ECL-RET) effective signaling mechanism. Herein, methyl-modified perylene diimide derivative (PDI-CH3) self-assembly nanorod materials luminophores CuO nanomaterials acceptors were integrated into nanocomposites. This sensor exhibited linear from 10−12 M 10−8 limit detection 0.20 pM. Compared other detection, constructed higher sensitivity.
