Abstract The alga contains salt and heavy metals that are accumulated in algae poses a significant challenge to the safe use of soil fertilization other applications. This study examines relevance algal biomass as an environmentally friendly fertilizer, thereby contributing sustainable coastal management practices. In this study, hot cold extraction method were done obtain Ulva rigida extract. Heavy such vanadium, chromium, manganese, iron, nickel, cobalt, copper, zinc cadmium etc. analyzed using ICP‐MS. metal analysis showed major vanadium extract was used different concentration (20, 40, 60 80 μL) analyze seed germination Pennisetum glaucum it found theseed 100 % at 5 th day after sowing root shoot length increased with increasing μL decreased. aqueous extracts eco‐friendly, for recycling novel biofertilizer.
