Este estudio analiza el impacto de la Realidad Virtual Inmersiva (RVI) en educación superior a través una revisión sistemática literatura. Se empleó metodología PRISMA para identificar, evaluar y sintetizar estudios sobre implementación RVI tutorías académicas. Los hallazgos indican que mejora comprensión conceptos complejos, facilita aprendizaje personalizado fomenta colaboración entornos virtuales. Además, se destaca su utilidad desarrollo habilidades prácticas inclusiva. Sin embargo, adopción enfrenta desafíos como necesidad infraestructura tecnológica avanzada, formación docente accesibilidad equitativa. A pesar estos retos, representa herramienta innovadora con potencial transformar modelo educativo tradicional. recomienda realización longitudinales largo plazo aplicabilidad distintas disciplinas. trabajo contribuye al debate integración tecnologías emergentes enseñanza superior, resaltando tanto sus beneficios las barreras efectiva.

Background The adoption of immersive simulations in surgical education marks a nuanced shift towards bridging virtual and real-world experiences.
