The main objective of this study is to develop a fuzzy‐based approach for building multistage, multiproduct, and multiperiod supply chain network (SCN) after before the COVID‐19 pandemic. proposed model optimizes production distribution planning under uncertainty in stochastic process network. designed help decision‐makers manage green (GSC) their organizations. It was developed using mixed‐integer linear programming (MILP) approach. aims maximize customer satisfaction pre‐ post‐COVID‐19 era by reducing total cost delivery time they face. also estimates production, asset locations, order allocation, inventory levels. Under uncertain conditions, new probabilistic MILP addresses SCN design (SCND) problem. two objectives are concepts ownership, activity‐based costing, just‐in‐time (JIT) production. model’s outputs include quantity goods purchased, produced, inventoried, delivered, transported selection suppliers COVID situation. A numerical example solved above technique given evaluate validate solution Finally, results presented.

Purpose This study aims to address the critical issue of carbon dioxide emissions contributing global warming by examining drivers low-carbon practices in green supply chain management (GSCM) within construction sector. Focusing on industry, investigate key factors influencing adoption GSCM, specifically interactions, organizational culture and environmental regulations, based institutional theory, relational perspective theory self-determination theory. Design/methodology/approach Data for were collected through a structured questionnaire distributed stakeholders involved projects, such as owners, contractors, designers other relevant parties. Analysis was conducted using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) explore relationships between identified GSCM. Findings The reveals that interactions positively significantly influence Additionally, partially mediates effect behaviors. Contrary previous assumptions, regulations do not have direct impact these but exert an indirect mediating roles corporate links. Originality/value By exploring drive behaviors chains sector, this fills important gap literature. findings provide policymakers practitioners with valuable insights enhance reduce emissions. research contributes improving performance industry supports development more effective strategies combat climate change.

The conditions of the coronavirus epidemic have put much pressure on healthcare system. This disease has hurt blood supply through reduction donation and access to suitable collection facilities due dysfunction. Considering importance subject, purpose this paper is design a two-level chain network for products with approach reducing costs rate contagion under outbreaks (COVID-19). After examining solution methods multilevel networks spread COVID-19 virus, three exact methods, including LP-metric, an improved version augmented ε-constraint (AUGMECON2), weighted Chebyshev, are proposed. They used solve model in small dimensions. In order compare obtained solutions, several numerical examples different sizes generated solved. Then, using statistical assumption test, results compared all by Tukey’s technique. Also, TOPSIS applied select best method. Finally, investigate reaction objectives changes probability parameter, sensitivity analysis been performed. emphasize that improving performance (BSC) can lead BSC service patients. adaptation components regular coordination between them play efficient role controlling BSC. receiving plasma product recovered people from type (II) donors vital percentage transmission.

Failure to control crisis conditions leads irreparable damage many supply chains around the world, including blood (BSCs) as critical networks in health system. Consequently, it significantly reduces of and its products, vital materials, exerts detrimental effects on activities organizations facilities well individuals society. In present study, proposed model seeks simultaneously minimize operating costs shortage products with aim improving attractiveness centers during COVID-19 pandemic. Accordingly, by optimizing overall cost donation centers, an attractive efficient environment is provided. It can help remove barriers improve health. To this end, takes certain strategies into account for proper establishment new local collection (BCCs) mobile BCCs. also arranges suitable transportation vehicles transfer provincial candidate country sets various incentive policies donation. order entire chain network maximize BCCs, a two-objective mathematical developed. produces Pareto solutions using ε -constraint method. Finally, efficiency approach sensitivity corresponding parameters are analyzed through practical case study. The obtained results represent that growth induces raise number donors, and, consequently, amount donated grows. This depends more investment at all levels chain, collection, production, storage, transportation. Moreover, performance BSC be enhanced if sent from receiving demand nodes increased.

Abstract The global COVID-19 pandemic has caused a substantial decrease in the blood supply and its products as vital commodity. It had adversely affected on activities of organizations facilities well public health. In this critical situation, particular demand have certain sensitive managerial decisions. purpose present study is to develop multi-objective formulation for multi-level chain under uncertainty conditions. modeling based three objectives: minimizing costs entire network, virus transmission by donors each donation centers, maximizing attractiveness centers order optimize conditions meet needs patients best possible way. Besides, since an integral part chains, efficient combination scenarios, intervals fuzzy robust optimization approaches applied. As results show, using deal with uncertain parameters can provide excellent responses those who need plasma survivors.

The ability of closed-loop supply chains (CLSC) and reverse logistics (RL) to improve the triple bottom line (economic, social environmental values) has increased development design management models for CLSCs RL. Consequently, there exists an extensive body literature dedicated exploring these issues. This paper reviews recent relevant on CLSC RL with emphasis uncertainty, carbon emissions, greenness index, return product quality reliability considerations. selected references are organized, reviewed, analyzed establish valuable mapping highlight major findings. Finally, outcomes synthesized, primary research gaps emphasized, pointing toward potential avenues future investigation. These findings reveal that efforts must be directed towards multi-criteria indices multi-objective robust optimization uncertain returns.
