Purpose Individuals show different environmental preferences, often influenced by their personality types. Based on the current research trends and academic applications, which suggest that emotional intelligence can be learned enhanced through education training, this project coded analyzed patterns of 46 undergraduate students who attended an 18-week course management. A paired-sample t-test showed a significant increase from pre-course to post-course scores, suggesting importance designing in formal educational settings. Analysis students’ emotions journals indicated total 18 negative emotions, with emotion irritability occurring most frequently, followed by anger anxiety. Loneliness, impatience, guilt were some least felt emotions. The triggers for arousal spanned family matters, interpersonal relations, academics, communication skills, among others. majority used cognitive-behavioral systems theories understanding analyzing their patterns. Students various strategies deal including developing talking friends, better time management, improving self-efficacy, cultivating positive attitude, engaging physical activities, etc. These results are discussed paper possible implications practical purposes further suggested.
