Trichogramma
leucaniae
is
believed
to
be
an
efficient
biological
control
agent
for
controlling
the
soybean
pod
borer
[SPB;
Leguminivora
glycinivorella].

Antheraea
pernyi,
are
one
best
alternative
host
mass
production

feasibility

rearings
on
eight
generations
evaluated
their
capacity
parasitizing
SPB

ages.

decreased
with

Abstract
Tuta
absoluta
is
one
of
the
largest
threats
to
tomato
agriculture
worldwide.
Native
South
America,
it
has
rapidly
spread
throughout
Europe,
Africa,
and
Asia
over
past
two
decades.
To
understand
how
T.
been
so
successful
improve
containment
strategies,
high-quality
genomic
resources
an
understanding
population
history
are
critical.
Here,
we
describe
a
highly
contiguous
annotated
genome
assembly,
as
well
genome-wide
analysis
samples
collected
across
Latin
America.
The
new
assembly
L50
17
with
only
132
contigs.
Based
on
hundreds

nucleotide
polymorphisms,
detect
three
major
clusters
in
America

evidence
