In the context of increasing demands for precision and efficiency in industrial production manufacturing, automated laser cutting technology plays a crucial role addressing challenges related to processing parameter optimization, real-time monitoring, intelligent control. This research introduces novel approach temperature prediction control processes, leveraging advanced techniques proportional-integral-derivative (PID) algorithm. The study establishes Gaussian distribution heat source model applies finite difference method predict changes on workpiece surface, ensuring high accuracy reliability. implementation PID algorithm allows precise adjustments parameters, such as power, pulse frequency, width, speed, significantly enhancing not only improves quality but also reduces costs. model's effectiveness is confirmed through validation with commercial element software experimental outcomes. results show that kept at about 6%, within 5°C. contributes new computational advances optimization processes supports development adaptive systems.

This research article deals with the usefulness of nanobiosensors to treat multiple stenosis in an artery. Nanobiosensors dispersed blood are recognised as nanofluids, and their properties have been used define mathematical model. The problem is solved using analytical method given by Sankarsubramanian Gill find temperature velocity nanofluid transport coefficients nanobiosensors. MATLAB was plot graphs see variation different parameters like slip parameter, depth nanolayer thickness. It found that once were dispersed, escalated hit stenosis. If depths around 0.1x10(-3) m 0.3x10(-3) m, a diseased artery, then nano-biosensors layer thickness about 30 nm shall be suitable for range 310-320K. model bears possible applications target detection drug delivery at stenosed sites.
