Abstract Introduction Social networks contribute to normative reinforcement of HIV prevention strategies, knowledge sharing, and social capital, but little research has characterized the transgender women (TW) in Latin America. We conducted a mixed methods analysis three network clusters TW Lima, Peru, evaluate composition, types support exchanged, patterns communication. Methods recruited residing or affiliated with “ casas trans ” (houses shared among TW) Lima between April-May 2018. Eligible participants were 18 older, self-reported HIV-negative, reported recent intercourse cis-male partner. Participants completed demographic questionnaires, interviews, semi-structured interviews assess egocentric structures, communication patterns. Quantitative qualitative data analyzed using Stata v14.1 Atlas.ti, respectively. Results Of 20 TW, median age was 26 years 100% involvement commercial sex work. Respondents identified 161 individuals they interacted past month (alters), whom 33% 52% family members. 70% respondents receiving emotional from family, while 30% received financial instrumental family. 13 (65%) who nominated someone as source (HPS), majority (69%) other TW. This paper’s aim was to analyze the studies published on scientific literature about strategies applied by brazilian health services assure access for LGBTQIA+ population. study is an integrative review of conducted data bases BVS, SciELO and Pubmed. With selected Medical Subject Headings, along with boolean operators, a search strategy elaborated obtain articles within inclusion criteria: in Portuguese, English ou Spanish, between 2013 2023, population pertaining group. The ones that only HIV, other groups or did not meet study’s were excluded. 43 retrieved, final collection comprises 23 articles. identify as barriers lack preparation from providers, long waiting lists discrimination. Few elaborate work around difficulties. 87% (20) indicated region Brazil, 57% (13) being South-Southeast, highlighting deficiency production regions.

RESUMO Objetivo Avaliar a adesão e completude dos esquemas vacinais contra papilomavírus humano (human papillomavirus, HPV) hepatites A B em mulheres trans travestis no município de São Paulo. Métodos Trata-se da análise secundária dados do estudo multicêntrico TransOdara. Utilizaram-se 403 maiores 18 anos, recrutadas método respondente-driven sampling, entre dezembro 2019 outubro 2020. Resultados Observou-se alta às vacinas (88,8%), mas baixa analisados: 12% (IC95% 8,0;17,3) para hepatite A, 7,2% 3,5;12,8) 8,1% 3,0;16,6) HPV, sem diferenças estatisticamente significativas eles. Conclusão Apesar adesão, indicou necessidade estratégias diversificadas melhorar cobertura vacinal reduzir prevalência infecções sexualmente transmissíveis preveníveis por imunização nessa população.

ABSTRACT Objective To assess adherence to and completeness of vaccination schedules against human papillomavirus (HPV) hepatitis A B among transgender women travestis in São Paulo, capital city Paulo state. Methods This was a secondary data analysis the multicenter TransOdara study. Data were collected from 403 aged 18 years or older, recruited through respondent-driven sampling between December 2019 October 2020. Results High vaccines observed (88.8%), but analyzed low: 12% (95%CI 8.0; 17.3) for A, 7.2% 3.5; 12.8) 8.1% 3.0; 16.6) HPV, with no statistically significant differences them. Conclusion Despite high adherence, low completion highlighted need diversified strategies improve coverage reduce prevalence vaccine-preventable sexually transmitted infections this population.
