Embedding into an organization over poorly established processes or without the correct initiatives first step toward failure in projects. Based on processing theory, this research focuses maximizing success of by identifying key prepare organizations for these endeavors. Design/methodology/approach To better understand relationship between project’s success, we surveyed 205 practitioners. The results were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Findings show proposed theory (namely, reducing need improving capacity), strategic alignment digital business, management technology infrastructure project success. This work built a comprehensive scalable model that offers consistent characterization dimension researchers use future. In a competitive market, companies anticipate demand and ensure product availability. However, uncertainty due to the bullwhip effect can disrupt company's efforts make proper plans. This research aims reduce value of produce optimal inventory using Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) method in salt processing companies. uses VMI with probabilistic control model approach. So, vendor determines number orders per period. The data type used is secondary for each distributor from March 2023 February 2024. novelty this addition shortage cost variables, was carried out on distributors vendors. results show that vendors by 71%, as well region, such East Java Central 59%, West 57%, Sulawesi 67%, Sumatra 62%, Kalimantan 60%, NTB 61%, Bangka Belitung 63%. helps effectively estimate avoid information distortion will cause effect.
