Purpose
Digital
transformation
(DT)
is
connected
to
how
information
technologies
(IT)
can
be
harnessed

organizational
needs
and
leverage
business
opportunities.

poorly

Based
on

theory,

research
focuses

success

identifying
key

for

endeavors.
Design/methodology/approach
To
better
understand
relationship
between
project’s
success,
we
surveyed
205
practitioners.
The
results
were
analyzed
using
partial
least
squares
structural
equation
modeling
(PLS-SEM).
Findings
show
proposed
theory
(namely,
reducing
need
improving
capacity),
strategic
alignment
digital
business,
management
technology
infrastructure
project
success.

work
built
a
comprehensive
scalable
model
that
offers
consistent
characterization
