study
examined
the
effects
of

additive
mixed
probiotics
on
quality,
growth

ABSTRACT
The
present
study
was
carried
out
to
isolate,
identify,
and
characterize
bacterial
probiotic
strain
from
the
gut
of
Ctenopharyngodon
idella
(Grass
carp)
then
its
effect
on
growth,
digestive
enzymes
immunity
Labeo
rohita
fingerlings.
A
total
6
gram‐positive
bacteria
belonging
genus
Lactobacillus
spp.
(3),
Bacillus
(2)
Staphylococcus
(1),
were
identified
biochemically.
Based
biochemical
results,
isolate
GCLP4
selected
for
molecular
confirmation
BLAST
analysis
showed
maximum
homology
with
plantarum
(100%
ident).
Fish
