Abstract An eight-week feeding trial was carried out to examine the effects of diets formulated with different combinations novel feed ingredients as substitutes for fishmeal (FM). The research focused on evaluating their influence fatty acid and amino profiles, immunological plasma biochemical analysis, immune related gene expression histological analysis Pacific white shrimp, Penaeus vannamei . Five were developed vannamei, all which isonitrogenous (36%) isolipidic (6%). Diet-1 (Control): primary source protein fish meal (FM); Diet 2: replaced FM a 1:1 ratio poultry by-product (PBM) single cell (SCP); 3: 1:1:1 insect (IM), rapeseed (RM), SCP; Diet-4 waste (FW), peanut (PM), SCP in ratio; Diet-5 PBM, SCP, IM, FW, PM, RM equal amounts (1:1:1:1:1:1). Nursery reared juvenile shrimps (1.05± 0.03 g) stocked triplicates experimental tanks at rate 35 nos. shrimp per tank. responses profile did not differ significantly ( p >0.05) between dietary groups. EPA higher diet 1 5 from 4 DHA 5. Prophenoloxidase activity (proPO) <0.05) 5, Respiratory burst 3. LYZ ) upregulated More B cells few number R observed compared other diets. Thus, present study concluded that mixture RM, PM FW (1:1:1:1:1:1) serve good combination totally replace without compromising health P. vannamei).
