Systems of oppression, adult violence exposure, and adverse childhood experiences interact to contribute traumatic-stress related disorders, which manifest in affective, cognitive, interpersonal challenges. This paper focuses specifically on emotional/physiological dysregulation as a central driver trauma-related difficulties. This study addresses the growing anxiety and depression among Chinese university students by evaluating ranking music education strategies to alleviate these issues. We integrates Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) Technique for Order of Preference Similarity Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). FAHP was utilized determine weight factors such as academic pressures, social relationships, cultural norms, while fuzzy TOPSIS ranked effectiveness interventions based on weights. The results revealed that 'Mental health stigma' 'Academic Pressures Rigidity' are highest weighted factors, significantly impacting student anxiety. 'Music Appreciation Music-Based Self-Care' emerged most effective strategy. These highlight importance direct involvement in music-related activities improving mental health.

Objective: Engagement with secondary mental health services after an emergency department presentation suicidal behaviours may be important strategy for reducing the risk of repeat attempts. Our aim was to examine service contact following a behaviours. Methods: A systematic review papers published between 2000 and 2020 undertaken. This identified 56 relating 47 primary studies. Data were extracted summarised separately by age group: (1) young people, (2) older adults (3) studies participants ‘all ages’. Results: Studies in people ( n = 13) showed, on average, 44.8% referred 33.7% had within 4 weeks discharge. In comparison, adult/all ages 34), 27.1% 26.2% weeks. Only three presented data adults, proportions ranged from 49.0% 86.0%. Conclusion: highlights poor utilisation behaviours, further research is needed identify reasons this. Crucially, this information could assist allocation resources facilitate timely implementation suicide prevention services.
