Abstract In this work, structurally stable and high-performance drug deliver composite particles were prepared successfully through a portable simple electrostatic self-assembly method with carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) bovine serum protein (BSA). When regulating the pH value of system lower than isoelectric point BSA, it exhibited positivity was assembled CMC attraction. The characterized, different factors impacting on materials investigated. Amoxicillin theophylline selected as experimental drugs to test sustained-release performance particles. Results indicated that possessed uniform shape, an average particle size 255 nm before heating PDI 0.16 heating. After heating, increased 296 0.219. encapsulation rate amoxicillin found be 44.1% 58.9%, curve demonstrated excellent loading efficiency sustained release ability. This study demonstrates potential application CMC, biocompatible natural high molecular weight material, in delivery small molecule drugs. It also development systems composed proteins such BSA polysaccharides.

Magneto-driven soft robots featuring remote and highly permeable controllability are considered promising, especially in biomedical engineering applications. However, there is still lack of a high-precision method to regulate the distribution magnetic fillers polymer substrates, which severely limits improvement actuating functionality.
