Incorporating
digital
technologies
into
English
Language
Teaching
(ELT)
has
become
an
essential
aspect
for
enhancing
teaching
and
learning
experiences.
This
hermeneutic
phenomenological
study
explores
the
experiences
of
four
university-level
language
teacher
educators
in
Darchula
regarding
integrating
ELT.
Utilising
semi-structured
interviews
thematic
analysis
guided
by
DigCompEdu
Framework,
research
reveals
educators’
lived
with
technology
integration.
The
findings
highlight
how
tools
are
employed
to
improve
experiences,
boost
student
engagement,
enhance
access
educational
materials,
create
dynamic
interactive
environments.
Despite
these
benefits,
also
underscores
need
address
technical
challenges
adopt
a
balanced
approach
using
online
resources
maximize
advantages
while
mitigating
potential
drawbacks.
By
providing
policymakers
Nepal
insights
significance
framework,
this
article
aims
promote
more
effective
integration
ELT
classrooms.

The
article
reviews
and
analyzes
the
foreign
experience
of
forming
information
digital
competence
future
teachers.The
Pan-European
Digital
Competence
Framework
(DigComp
2.0)
for
Educators
(DigCompEdu),
which
are
to
some
extent
fundamental
in
many
European
studies
related
formation
competencies
professionals,
including
field
education.In
particular,
it
is
noted
that
DigComp
2.0
includes
five
competencies:
literacy,
communicative
content
creation,
security
environment,
problem-solving
environment.While
DigCompEdu
contains
six
professional
engagement,
resources,
teaching
learning,
assessment,
empowerment
students,
promotion
(facilitation)
development
students'
competence.It
also
worth
noting
each
divided
into
subcompetencies,
characterized
by
levels
(beginner,
researcher,
integrator
(specialist),
expert,
leader
pioneer)

which,
our
opinion,
will
contribute
a
better
understanding
phenomenon

capabilities
ensure
effectiveness

Information
and
communication
technology
(ICT)
is
a
concern
in
educational
settings
developing
developed
countries.
Studies
have
shown
that
the
increasing
interest
integrating
ICT
into
teaching
practices
has
pressed
teacher
education
institutions
to
incorporate
21st-century
skills
training
pre-service
teachers
develop
these
for
their
classroom
instruction
future.
However,
studies
on
integration
of
business
are
lacking.
The
purpose
this
study
was
examine
teachers’
professional
competence
during
practice,
Lesotho.
A
systematic
literature
review
examined
education.
Hence,
an
integrative
method
analysis
used
extract
influencing
factors
findings
revealed
influenced
by
self-efficacy,
which
relates
beliefs
they
hold
about
capabilities
integrate
Furthermore,
attitudes
toward
using
ICT,

institutional
infrastructure.
Teacher

performance
