Digital literacy is the core competitiveness and necessary ability that international students should cultivate while studying in China context of education digitalization, this paper mainly explores whether epistemic curiosity can affect digital China. Business intelligence (BI) has become increasingly popular among executives in various industries owing to its potential facilitate informed decision-making. Nevertheless, adoption is not well explored higher education institutions (HEIs), where a large volume of data generated. Therefore, this study aims investigate the key drivers that underlie BI HEIs, leveraging conceptual lens Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework. To do so, prominent factors TOE contexts have been gleaned from related literature. The used PLS-SEM modelling analyze quantitative collected 387 individuals management roles within HEIs Jordan. results showed top support, information culture, compatibility, organizational readiness, relative advantages, perceived Complexity, quality, and vendor selection are significant determinants BA HEIs—competitive pressure, which was statistically insignificant. further revealed culture emerges as strongest predictor, while Complexity exerts negative effect on BI, demonstrating acts hurdle adoption. outcomes offer valuable guidance for concerning antecedents consider successful implementation.

This mixed-method study explores the acceptance of ChatGPT as a tool for Metacognitive Self-Regulated Learning (MSRL) among academics. Despite growing attention towards metacognitive learning tool, there is need comprehensive understanding factors influencing its in academic settings. Engaging 300 preservice teachers through ChatGPT-based scenario activity and utilizing convenience sampling, this administered questionnaire based on proposed Technology Acceptance Model at UTM University's School Education. Structural equation modelling was applied to analyze participants' perspectives ChatGPT, considering like MSRL's impact usage intention. Post-reflection sessions, semi-structured interviews, record analysis were conducted gather results. Findings indicate high significantly influenced by personal competency, social influence, perceived AI usefulness, enjoyment, trust, intelligence, positive attitude, self-regulated learning. Interviews suggest that academics view positively an educational seeing it solution challenges teaching processes. In the rapidly evolving landscape of technology, emergence Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer (ChatGPT) marks a pivotal milestone in realm Artificial Intelligence (AI). However, little research has reported predictors people's intentions to use ChatGPT. This pioneering study empirically examines user adoption through lens Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) using convenience sampling method. The surveyed 784 ChatGPT users China, whom 58.93% were males. results have revealed several key findings: (1) perceived usefulness, ease use, behavioral intention, and behavior positively correlated with each other; (2) intention acted as mediating factor relationship between usefulness behavior, well behavior; (3) played chain-mediated role (4) exhibited greater strength among females compared males; (5) association was found be stronger urban comparison their rural counterparts; (6) connections observed individuals higher educational backgrounds relative those lower backgrounds. The Metaverse technology (MVTECH) is an immersive virtual sphere where people interact with each other via avatars. MVTECH promised to provide a number of potentials for various sectors including higher education. Despite the fact that promotes social interaction between (e.g., university students), there lack knowledge on what affects users’ perceptions regarding its sustainability in HEIs, specifically developing nations. Therefore, this research paper aims determine variables affect learners’ toward (SS) educational institutions (HEIs) Jordan. A study model was formulated by integrating core factors “unified theory acceptance and use technology” (UTAUT) (“performance expectancy, PE; effort EE; influence, SI; facilitating conditions, FC”) “perceived curiosity” (PC) “extraversion” (EXT) factors. Both PC EXT were included as context-related may possibly contribute enhancing applicability UTAUT wide range information technologies settings. Data collected from 422 students enrolled Jordanian universities based online survey. analysis “structural equation modeling” (SEM) found students’ significantly influenced PE, FC, EXT. Furthermore, construct affected EE construct. However, SI revealed have no significant impact SS. Purpose Technology 4.0 comes with a challenge to understand the degree of users’ willingness adopt digital transformation. Metaverse, being transformation, enables real-world activities in virtual environment, which attracts organizations new fascinating technology. This paper thus explores uses and gratification factors affecting user adoption recommendation metaverse from management perspective. Design/methodology/approach The study adopts mixed approach where structural topic modeling is used analyze tweets about metaverse, themes uncovered were further analyzed through data collection using equation modeling. Findings analyses revealed that social interaction, escapism, convenient navigability, telepresence significantly affect intent use while trendiness showed insignificance. In users can embody avatars or representations, express themselves, communicate nonverbally, interact others more natural intuitive manner. Originality/value contributes research as it first its kind explore Uses Gratification theory approach. Despite the potential of meta-education to transform higher education, there remains a scarcity research investigating students' adoption intentions. This study aimed identify factors influencing intentions adopt using an extended Decomposed Theory Planned Behavior model (DTPB). Data was collected via online survey 596 education students from Jordan who were purposefully selected. Structural equation modeling partial least squares analysis revealed attitude, social influence, and perceived behavioral control as key antecedents intention. Furthermore, newly added variables including enjoyment, herd behavior, student autonomy, innovativeness showed efficiency in explaining variance control. Overall, provided meaningful insights on driving willingness meta-education. The contributes theory by extending decomposed TPB context emerging educational technologies. It also provides practical implications for policymakers educators aiming encourage adoption.
