This dataset was collected for the fulfillment of first author's PhD studies. It in two phases. Preliminary data investigated status tutors' mathematical knowledge teaching. A lesson planning intervention framed within technological and pedagogical content framework provided to an experimental group tutors. Then, after-intervention were form improved plans, classroom observation, student performance. is important tutors, researchers, policymakers gain insights into effectiveness implemented intervention, inform future educational strategies, enhance overall quality
