The rapid advancement of digital technology has posed significant challenges, particularly concerning the protection children from online exploitation. This study examines effectiveness child regulations in Indonesia, addressing critical issues increasing cases exploitation cyberspace. research aims to evaluate regulatory framework's strengths and limitations while providing actionable recommendations enhance system's efficiency. A normative approach was employed, incorporating content analysis relevant legal documents, comparative law with international regulations, secondary data government reports scholarly literature. revealed a consistent increase reported exploitation, limited progress resolving these cases. Despite existing systemic such as low literacy, weak inter-agency coordination, inadequate resources significantly hinder their implementation. Additionally, Indonesia lags behind developed nations adopting modern technologies, artificial intelligence, for early detection findings emphasize urgent need strategic investments literacy programs, enhanced enforcement capabilities, integration advanced technologies into mechanisms. In the modern digital era, integrating literacy into curriculum design is critical to preparing students for 21st-century challenges. Digital encompasses more than technical skills; it includes intellectual competence, ethical awareness, and adaptive behavior necessary personal professional environments. This study explores strategies embedding educational frameworks, leveraging methodologies like storytelling Inquiry-Based Learning (IBL). These approaches enable active, student-centered learning while fostering thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication. Key findings highlight that technology, when properly implemented, enhances engagement effectiveness by tailoring material individual needs encouraging experiential exploration. The research also underscores necessity institutional support, including teacher training, infrastructure, equitable access technology minimize divide. Digital game addiction and problematic internet use have emerged as significant issues, attracting growing attention from educators, psychologists, policymakers. This study aimed to examine the mediating role of emotional regulation self-efficacy moderating in effect digital on academic motivation Turkish adolescents. Objective: This study explores pedagogical transformation in early childhood education through digital game-based learning by developing Tapak Nusantara, a adaptation of the traditional crankle game. Integrating principles is crucial for fostering critical thinking young learners. research bridges cultural pedagogy with learning, ensuring children acquire meaningful educational experiences while preserving Indonesian culture. Method: development 4D model approach. The subjects this were 53 IT Nada Ashobah kindergarten class B and Labschool Unesa B. Results: showed significant difference between games. results pre-test post-test scores both Kindergarten (t = -8.494, p < 0.001) -5.783, groups, which indicated effectiveness game improving children's thinking. Novelty: lies three key contributions: (1) innovation integrating game-base education, (2) into developmentally appropriate tool, (3) Nusantara representative culture, pedagogy, technology to cultivate childhood.
