This study confirmed the importance of AI education for fostering students' literacy and derived necessity constructivist-oriented datasets that provide contextual relevance to lives real-world problem-solving experiences. By reconstructing machine learning dataset development cycle through prior research, we developed following each procedural step, then evaluated refined them expert panel interviews focusing on quality metrics characteristics authentic activities. Abstract In this study, the knowledge tracking model and dynamic cognitive diagnostic method are used to assist English reading teaching so as achieve purpose of personalized learning for students. The article carries out a research design after proposing strategies, then designs an IRT-based by combining IRT DKVMN models.
