cost-effectiveness

promoting
sustainable
digital
transformation.

often
undermines
these
benefits.

Readiness
(OCR)

shape
attitudes
behaviors,
resulting

universities

clarity,

perceived
OCR.
Conversely,

efficacy,

conflicts,

self-efficacy
demonstrated
limited
influence.

findings
underscore
importance
aligning
initiatives

goals,
fostering
practices,
enhancing
policy
frameworks
facilitate
smooth
adoption.

actionable
insights
for
transformation
HEIs,

contexts
where
traditional

methods
prevail
