Abstract Due to a significant reduction in the availability and standard of natural resources, numerous firms are claiming implement environmentally sustainable practices. This research constructs validates green variables within knowledge management (KM) process, drawing on resource‐based views (RBV) organizational learning theory. The digital maturity of Human Resource Management (HRM) is a critical determinant organisational success in today’s age. This paper aims to contribute the limited literature on “digital maturity” HRM by identifying emerging themes and factors Drawing data from 190 journal articles for 2017–2024, this identifies three motor shaping contemporary HRM: (1) Digital Transformation Competition, (2) Innovation Performance Management, (3) COVID-19 Adaptive Management. These findings indicate multidimensionality HR maturity—from focusing technology people fostering innovation crisis management. Several require attention improve HR, including strategy governance; talent management, diversity, safety; employee adoption competencies; conflict resolution stakeholder engagement; practitioners’ competencies. Strategic investment these pillars necessary not only facilitate adaptation transformation but also harnessing benefits technologies drive long-term post-COVID era.

The rapid evolution of the digital economy has significantly accelerated progress towards achieving green and sustainable processes, particularly in field production. While existing research delved into effects on Green Innovation (GI) consequences transformation Corporate Value (CV), there remains a notable gap literature regarding potential for synergistic enhancements firms’ GI&CV through ongoing revolution. This study utilizes an evolutionary game model employs system dynamics methods to simulate dynamic trajectory influence synergy between GI&CV. Subsequently, it empirically assesses interconnected synergies using dataset comprising information from Chinese listed firms spanning 2011 2020, examining impact these synergies. Moreover, delves analysis transmission mechanism conducts extended investigation further explore this phenomenon. findings paper including: (1) acts as driving force behind enhancement firm effect is augmented by governmental environmental regulation subsidy policies.
