This
study
evaluated

concentrations

tetracycline,
erythromycin,

sulfonamide
in
beef,
eggs,
honey
products
sold
at
grocery
stores
whether
standard
cooking
to
160
°F

reduced
antimicrobials
spiked
into
food
products.
In
June
2021,
selected
65
samples
(8

samples)
purchased
from

Knoxville,
Tennessee,
were
measured
using
enzyme-linked
immunosorbent
assays.
The
Kruskal–Wallis
test
was
used
assess
differences
median
tetracycline
across
types,
while
Mann–Whitney
compare
erythromycin
residue
between
beef
honey.
Linear
regression
analyze
antimicrobial
concentrations.

This
study
investigates
the
application
of
a
deep
learning
(DL)
model,
specifically
message-passing
neural
network
(MPNN)
implemented
through
Chemprop,
to
predict
persistence,
bioaccumulation,
and
toxicity
(PBT)
characteristics
compounds,
with
focus
on
pharmaceuticals.
We
employed
clustering
strategy
provide
fair
assessment
model
performances.
By
applying
generated
set
pharmaceutically
relevant
molecules,
we
aim
highlight
potential
PBT
chemicals
extract
PBT-relevant
substructures.
These
substructures
can
serve
as
structural
flags,
alerting
drug
designers
environmental
issues
from
earliest
stages
discovery
process.
Incorporating
these
findings
into
pharmaceutical
development
workflows
is
expected
drive
significant
advancements
in
creating
more
environmentally
friendly
candidates
while
preserving
their
therapeutic
efficacy.

Abstract
Plesiomonas
shigelloides
(
P.
)
is
a
gram-negative,
thermotolerant,
motile,
and
pleomorphic
microorganism
that
acts
as
an
opportunistic
pathogen,
capable
of
causing
abscesses,
enteric
infections,
even
sepsis
in
humans
other
animals,
thereby
posing
threat
to
human
animal
health
worldwide.
The
crested
ibis
Nipponia
nippon
globally
endangered
avian
species
with
limited
population
vulnerable
for
various
infections.
To
gain
better
understanding
the
prevalence
ibis,
fecal
samples
from
at
Xiazhu
Lake
Crested
Ibis
Breeding
Research
Center,
China
were
collected
analyzed.
results
confirmed
45.6%
(36/79)
tested
positive
.
Antibiotic
susceptibility
testing
showed
27.8%
(10/36)
isolates
multidrug-resistant,
resistance
ampicillin
amikacin
