The role of advanced technologies and supply chain collaboration: during COVID-19 on sustainable supply chain performance

Abstract The coronavirus has created significant disruptions and exposed supply chain (SC) vulnerabilities. This crisis started a discussion about SC sustainability performance. Therefore, the implementation of advanced technologies collaboration could mitigate this disruption with help government support policies. Considering situation, paper examines how COVID-19 influences (Artificial Intelligence, Internet Things, Blockchain, Digital twins, Big Data Analytics) (SCC) moderating role policies (GSP) in Pakistan. study encompasses comprehensive assessment carried out via structural equation modeling data collected from Pakistani companies engaged SCM or those operating within divisions manufacturing enterprises. According to empirical findings, it is evident that outbreaks have influence on SSCP; However, they do not show similar impact (AI, IoT, DT, BDA) collaboration, SSCP was effectively mediated through advance collaboration. research contributes existing literature by emphasizing importance resource-based view, dynamic capability institutional theories. logistics managers can apply theoretical framework proposed epidemic operations, thereby improving profitability context an epidemic.

Digital transformation and corporate green innovation: An affordance theory perspective

Abstract The rise of cutting‐edge technologies motivates corporations to undertake and carry forward green innovation, aiding economic development by maintaining environmental sustainability. Using A‐share listed firms from 2013 2022 as the research sample, paper empirically examines impact digital transformation on corporate innovation an affordance perspective. findings suggest that higher level transformation, backed accumulative variational affordances, in a firm, more conducive it is enables homogenization, recombination, existing information related protection low‐carbon energy efficiency, facilitating achieve targeted breakthrough innovations. analysis moderating effects public concern, policy uncertainty, regional readiness suggested concern positively moderate relationship between while uncertainty perception negatively moderates this relationship. Heterogeneity analyses affects within labor‐intensive state‐owned enterprises. study contributes literature enhancing our understanding theory domain transformation. By investigating key organizational institutional affordances – perception, provides valuable insight policymakers fostering innovation.
