ABSTRACT Focusing on environmental and ecological concerns, the European Union (EU27) ranks as world's fifth‐largest aquaculture producer. Acknowledging necessity of enhancing productivity competitiveness, EU recognizes importance investing in sustainability growth industry. Thus, primary objective this study is to investigate impact information communication technology (ICT) elements development sector within (EU13) (EU14) from 1990 2023. To address potential endogeneity issues, research employs Cross‐Sectional Autoregressive Distributed Lag (CS‐ARDL) Augmented Mean Group (AMG) estimators. The findings reveal significant insights.
