This study explores the impact of green transformational leadership (GTL) on employee retention in hospitality sector, with a specific focus mediating roles satisfaction and perceived organizational support (PGOS). Grounded self-determination theory theory, research examines both direct indirect effects GTL retention. fosters sustainability-driven work environment, motivating employees through shared environmental values, which enhances their job support. These factors, turn, strengthen employees’ commitment willingness to stay within organization. Using SmartPLS 3 for structural equation modeling (SEM), data collected from were analyzed assess hypothesized relationships. The findings confirm that positively influences retention, directly indirectly, PGOS. contributes growing body knowledge sustainable by highlighting crucial role practices improving environmentally conscious organizations.
