O presente estudo tem como objetivo investigar a efetiva utilização da inteligência artificial (IA) na gestão de custos, explorando vasta literatura relacionada ao tema. Abstract Considering the overall shortage of therapists to meet psychological needs vulnerable populations, AI-based technologies are often seen as a possible remedy. Particularly smartphone apps or chatbots increasingly used offer mental health support, mostly through cognitive behavioral therapy. Objective: This article explores the application of blockchain in agroecological certifications, through theoretical framework Socially Disruptive Technologies (SDTs), focusing particularly on technosocial disruption, examining how these innovations transform technical processes and social cultural dynamics involved. Theoretical Framework: The foundation relies Bruno Latour’s Actor-Network Theory (ANT), which considers technology as an active actor socio-technical networks.
