True morels (Morchella spp.) are highly valuable and medicinal mushrooms. Saprophytic have been cultivated, especially in China some Western countries, over the last few decades. Türkiye has a rich potential terms of wild morel diversity, with nearly 40 Morchella species its genetic pool, though only 22 these identified molecularly. It high economic value worldwide, exports worth approximately 2 million $ annually. There is also significant interest mushroom cultivation Türkiye. In this study, strains were collected isolated from different regions analyzed based on Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS) nuclear ribosomal DNA (rDNA) region. A phylogenetic dendrogram was drawn. The isolates M. importuna, exima, exuberans, dunali, tridentina, crassipes, esculenta ITS rDNA However, identification 849-Kg027 966-Kg142 could not be determined clearly, vulgarius spongiola distinct analysis. macro-morphological features mycelia investigated. Mycelia colors ranged off-white to pale gray juvenile stage, orange brown during early pigmentation, dark senescence stage. formed lighter-colored mycelia, whereas dunali exhibited darkest mycelial pigments. Exopolysaccharides (EPSs) are high-value functional biomaterials mainly produced by bacteria and fungi, with nutraceutical, therapeutic industrial potentials.This study sought to characterize assess the biological properties of EPS yeast Papiliotrema terrestris PT22AV.After extracting yeast's DNA its molecular identification, from P. PT22AV strain was extracted physicochemical (structural, morphological, monosaccharide composition weight) were characterized. The EPS's in vitro activities vivo wound healing potential also evaluated.The obtained water-soluble revealed an average weight (Mw) 202 kDa. Mannose glucose 97% 3% molar percentages, respectively, constituted EPS. In antibacterial activity analysis exhibited (>80%) against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, epidermidis at a concentration 2 mg/mL. showed cytocompatibility human fibroblast macrophage cell lines animal studies dose-dependent capacity higher closure 10 mg/mL compared negative positive control after 14 days.The could serve as promising source biocompatible macromolecules for skin healing.

Morchella esculenta is a precious edible and medicinal fungus rich in protein, polysaccharides, polyphenols, amino acids, triterpenes, other active components. In this study, MS-1 was isolated from the fruiting body of M. esculenta. Through conducting single-factor experiments response surface analysis culture conditions, optimal components an fermentation broth for extracellular polysaccharide production were determined, namely, 3.7% glucose, 2% yeast extract, 0.15% sodium chloride. The polysaccharides MSF MSL extracted broth, respectively, analyzed with gel permeation chromatography (GPC), monosaccharide composition, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermogravimetric (TGA), vivo vitro antioxidant anti-inflammatory activity analyses. research results show that calculated MW 2.34 × 105 Da, 1.40 Da. composed three monosaccharides: D-galactose, D-glucose, D-mannose (molar ratio 4.34:90.22:5.45). consists five D-arabinose, D-mannose, glucuronic acid 0.31:14.71:13.03:71.43:0.53). test both have significant activities. Activity on zebrafish showed repair effects oxidative damage caused by metronidazole embryos, there changes transcriptional levels stress-related genes SOD, Keap1, Nrf2. Therefore, can be used as important raw materials functional foods drugs.
