Background Osteoarthritis (OA) is common in Saudi Arabia, has a significant impact on quality of life (QoL), and lacks specific questionnaire to measure QoL. The primary objective this study was translate cross-culturally adapt the Mini Knee Hip Quality Life (Mini-OAKHQOL) into Arabic determine its psychometric properties among OA knee and/or hip patients Arabia. Methods A methodological observational design conducted followed standard guidelines for cross-cultural adaptation Mini-OAKHQOL Arabic. Two hundred eight male participants aged between 45 80 years with mean age 58.65 ± 13.8 BMI 29.5 1.2 kg/m 2 were included performed stages translation target language (forward T1 T2), synthesized an draft (T12), then back-translated English (BT1 BT2), by expert committee review rectify deficiencies leading prefinal stage involving pilot test native speakers, thereby finalized final version. Mini-OAKHQOL, Short Form 12 (SF12), visual analog scale (VAS) administered analyze internal consistency (IC), test–retest reliability at baseline as well one week later (up 10 th day). construct validity tested using Spearman’s rank correlation, factor analysis done establish five-factor fit model. Homogeneity determined principal component (PCA). Floor ceiling effects calculated percentages. Results showed excellent Cronbach’s alpha overall ( α = 0.931) intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) 0.947 retest reliability, high response rate 93.75%. good Ar-SF12 VAS pain. model considered acceptable, loading each item found within permissible limits confirmed factorial validity. None items, dimensions, or either floor effect. Conclusion adapted reliable valid Arabian population reduce respondent’s burden use clinical prospective studies.

This systematic review explores the most validated methodologies for measuring managerial skills that contribute to sustainable organizational development, with a focus on confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Using PRISMA guidelines and PICOS framework, search in Web of Science (6810 articles) Scopus (11,267 identified 27 relevant studies. Purpose A new normal regarding teaching and learning has been established after COVID-19. The present study aims to examine the effectiveness of digital technology training on developing academics’ competence in higher education context. conceptual model was developed using stimulus–organism–response (SOR) theory. Additionally, this investigates mediating effect transfer moderating innovative climate relation between trainer capability competence.
