This study investigates the relationship between principal's leadership and teacher motivation at public elementary school 1 Ranteanging. The research takes a qualitative approach, combining educational, psychological, sociological aspects. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews, observations, documentation then analyzed using data reduction, presentation, verification. findings show that principal uses successful strategies, such as direct direction, motivation, active participation in activities. is described personable, disciplined, adaptable, promoting good conduct rewarding accomplishments. Teacher has been highlighted key factor increasing productivity creating positive work environment. Teachers are highly motivated exhibit increased excitement productivity, especially when backed by recognizes their achievements. suggests substantial impact on fostering environment for professional development. We propose enhancing performance management classroom learning procedures to further develop this relationship. emphasizes role of developing need effective techniques maintain productive educational
