Acute otitis externa (AOE) is a common disease encountered in otolaryngology practice, it mainly bacterial origin. AOE can cause severe otalgia and interrupt the daily activities; however, bed rest required about 20% of patients.To evaluate usefulness adding an oral antibiotic with topical steroid treatment uncomplicated which limited to ear canal immunocompetent patients.A prospective comparative clinical study was conducted department at Al-Jerrahat Teaching Hospital Private Clinic, Baghdad, Iraq, during period from April 2020 October 2021. A total 68 patients (39 females 29 males), diagnosed as cases canal, were included this study. The categorized into two groups. Patients group treated tobramycin 0.3%-dexamethasone 0.1% drops, while B received same plus Ciprofloxacin tablets 500 mg twice daily. followed up on day-to-day basis until complete resolution pain edema. severity assessed by visual analogue scale (VAS) scores, edema graded dividing imaginary horizontal vertical lines four quarters. post-treatment VAS scores grades both groups compared. Statistical analysis using t-test done calculate P-value order find if there significant difference regarding between B.During whole follow-up no (P-value more than 0.05).There benefit patients.

Co/Ni/Zn triple doped [Formula: see text]-Fe 2 O 3 nanoparticles (NPs) have been synthesized via polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP)/Azadirachta indica (A. Indica) leaf extract coating. XRD, UV–Vis, SEM, TEM, EDS, Raman spectroscopy, FTIR, VSM were used to characterize the NPs. XRD pattern revealed that crystallite size of NPs ranges from 14[Formula: text]nm 21[Formula: text]nm. Spherical found by SEM/TEM examination ranging 16[Formula: 26[Formula: Analysis magnetic properties antiferromagnetic characteristics, convergence between magnetization curves (MS), and switching field distribution dM/dh below an irreversible temperature text][Formula: text]K. Produced catalyst was for degradation anionic azo dye Malachite green (MG) Rhodamine blue (RhB) dyes under influence UV radiation. RhB MG reduced as a result catalyzing conversion dissolved hydroxyl radicals (OH) when exposed visible light. This shows main active radical specifically engaged in photo-catalytic breakdown is OH. The most effective photo-catalyst determined investigating proposed reusability over three cycles. retrieved utilized times after reaction without suffering substantial loss catalytic activity. plant-mediated significant antioxidant activity due their higher phenolic content. These promising future with potential applications health, aging, food preservation, cosmetics, agriculture environmental protection.

Abstract The zinc oxide‐silver oxide nanocomposite (ZnO.Ag 2 O 3 particles) was prepared by using an aqueous plant extract of Haplophyllum obtusifolium for the first time. Powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD), Fourier transforms spectroscopy (FTIR), field emission microscopy (FESEM), energy dispersive analysis (EDX), and transmission electron (TEM) were applied to analyze structure, functional groups, morphology, purity nanocomposite. PXRD revealed formulation ZnO.Ag particles. investigation groups has demonstrated presence some carbonated impurities along with absorbed water in composition Morphologically, particles have formed a petal‐like shape different sizes. EDX also confirmed sample 4.78% silver formula. Additionally, TEM spherical rectangular shapes particle size 80.43 ± 46.73 nm. Moreover, used against cancer cells, which shown synthesized NCs toxic effect liver cells concentration time‐dependent manner.

Mesoporous magnetic nanoparticles of haematite were synthesised using plant extracts according to bioethics principles. The structural, physical and chemical properties mesoporous Fe2 O3 with the green chemistry approach evaluated by XRD, SEM, EDAX, BET, VSM HRTEM analysis. Then, their toxicity against normal HUVECs MCF7 cancer cells was MTT assay for 48 h. These biogenic have over 71% doxorubicin loading efficiency, resulting in a 50% reduction at 0.5 μg.ml-1 concentration. Therefore, it is suggested that be used as multifunctional agent medicine (therapeutic-diagnostic). produced its inherent structural such polygonal structure (increasing surface area particle volume) porosity large pore volume became suitable substrate anti-cancer drug doxorubicin.
