Acute
otitis
externa
(AOE)
is
a
common
disease
encountered
in
otolaryngology
practice,
it
mainly
bacterial
origin.
AOE
can
cause
severe
otalgia
and
interrupt
the
daily
activities;
however,
bed
rest
required
about
20%
of
patients.To
evaluate
usefulness
adding
an
oral
antibiotic
with
topical
steroid
treatment
uncomplicated
which
limited
to
ear
canal
immunocompetent
patients.A
prospective
comparative
clinical
study
was
conducted
department
at
Al-Jerrahat
Teaching
Hospital
Private
Clinic,
Baghdad,
Iraq,
during
period
from
April
2020
October
2021.

total
68
patients
(39
females
29
males),
diagnosed
as
cases
canal,
were
included
this
study.

two

Abstract
The
zinc
oxide‐silver
oxide
nanocomposite
(ZnO.Ag
2
O
3
particles)
was
prepared
by
using
an
aqueous
plant
extract
of
Haplophyllum
obtusifolium
for
the
first
time.
Powder
X‐ray
diffraction
(PXRD),
Fourier
transforms
spectroscopy
(FTIR),
field
emission
microscopy
(FESEM),
energy
dispersive
analysis
(EDX),
and
transmission
electron
(TEM)
were
applied
to
analyze
structure,
functional
groups,
morphology,

Mesoporous
magnetic
nanoparticles
